NewTechWood offers a 25-year residential warranty on their composite decking products, which covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use. This warranty ensures that the boards will remain free from warping, cracking, and other structural issues for a significant period. NewTechWood also provides a separate 10-year commercial warranty for decks used in commercial applications. It’s important to follow proper installation guidelines to ensure that the warranty remains valid.
Use Cutek Extreme CD50 or Cutek wood preservative, which penetrate deeply to reduce moisture fluctuations. Regular maintenance keeps the timber stable and reduces the risk of splitting over time.
